We are looking for an experienced web developer in Ruby on Rails (RoR) who can support us in our marketplace software development. Prior experiences in REST-API development and documentation are a plus.

FDO Solutions is a young social enterprise with the vision to strengthen the social transformation with technological solutions which are aligned with the collective needs of solidary communities.

We run the CoopSpace - in Berlin Kreuzberg, namely a self-organised co-working space for NGOs, social enterprises and freelancers.

With bobooki.de we establish an online bookshop that supports the authors through universal basic incomes.

Apart from that, we are also the masterminds behind berlinzudir.de , an online marketplace for local shops and producers in Berlin with sustainable delivery by cargo bikes.

Your responsibilities:

  • experiences in web development (RoR)
  • ideally speaking experiences in API development   
  • strong communication skills 
  • collaborative skills, tolerance and constructive approach to feedback
